Mario Cerutti nasce a Torino nel 1958. Dopo la laurea presso l’Università di Torino in Economia e Commercio arricchisce i suoi studi con il Master of Business Administration presso l’Università di Dallas – USA.
In Lavazza dal 1986, dopo aver ricoperto ruoli dirigenziali presso il dipartimento di acquisto caffè crudo e su tutta la catena della Supply Chain, attualmente si occupa di relazioni istituzionali e sostenibilità con la carica di Chief Institutional Relations & Sustainability Officer.
Dal 2004 al 2007 è stato presidente dell’ECF (European Coffee Federation), attualmente è Presidente del CIdC (Comitato Italiano del Caffè), ha la carica di Chairman presso il Comitato Direttivo di Coffee & Climate ed è membro del Consiglio ISIC (Scientific Information on Coffee), inoltre è membro del Consiglio Direttivo di ICP (International Coffee Partners).

Mario Cerutti was born in Torino (Italy) in 1958.
He graduated in Business Administration at the University of Torino and got an MBA from the University of Dallas.
He has been working in Lavazza since 1986, currently he is Chief Institutional Relations and Sustainability Officer in Lavazza.
From 2004 to 2007 he was the President of the European Coffee Federation (ECF).
He is currently serving as President of Italian Coffee Committee (CIdC – Comitato Italiano del Caffè) – the association of large Italian coffee companies – , as Chairman of the Coffee & Climate Steering Committee and as member of the board of the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee (ISIC). He is board member of ICP (International Coffee Partners).
