For our Milan office, we are looking for highly committed, goal-oriented and proactive individuals to join our growing team in the Risk & Sustainability practice. You will work with a diverse team of people with different seniority who actively provide management support to leading national and international companies.
What You Can Expect
You will provide support to our clients to solve complex business and sustainability-related problems, providing best in class advice and solutions. As expert Consultant or Senior Consultant you will be required to coach Interns or other junior Consultants and facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Serving as both role model and trainer, the expert Consultant / Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. You will also be responsible for internally developing new approaches and methodologies in the sustainability field to further serve our Clients.
Examples of the work you will do for client service include providing support in the definition of long-term sustainability strategies, helping assess the impact of climate change on client’s operations and supply chain, identifying ESG risks also for compliance-purpose, defining governance and organizational model to properly manage and monitor sustainability aspects and performances.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. sustainability, economics, engineering or equivalent) from leading institutes. Study abroad periods are considered a plus;
- Around 2 years for Junior Consultant and 3+ years for Senior Consultant of relevant work experience in the sustainability / management consulting field. There is flexibility to hire at different levels, depending on candidate experience;
- Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and self-directed research skills;
- Apply technical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and innovative practices to add value to projects, clients, and deliverables;
- Undertake multiple activities at any given time, work in a fast-paced and flexible environment, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
- Experience in tools such as MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI;
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages is a plus.
